Pelargonium capitatum Attar of Roses * Rose Scented Geranium
Pelargonium capitatum Attar of Roses grows with great enthusiasm in every garden I have planted it. The Rose Scented Geranium 1-2 feet tall and requires very little supplemental water in my garden. Pelargonium Attar of Roses has a long blooming period, blooming with pink flowers Spring through Fall. The fragrant foliage is often used in jams. It takes a lot of flowers but they are used for essential oil. Pelargonium Attar of roses grows well in full sun as well as moderately dense shade. Pelargonium Attar of Roses does not seem fazed by soil type so long as it is not soggy.
