Grevillea Scarlet Sprite

Grevillea Scarlet Sprite grows as a dense shrub 4-5 feet tall and taller than wide. Grevillea Scarlet Sprite has slender green leaves, about an inch long with a sharp tip. Grevillea Scarlet grows well in full sun or strong indirect light. The curly spidery red flowers go from a pale to dark red from the center. Grevillea Scarlet Sprite blooms from winter into Summer. This is a prime plant for bees and attracting hummingbirds. Several hummingbirds are always competing for the nectar throughout the long blooming season. Grevillea Scarlet Sprite is hardy to a 20-25° F. Grevillea Scarlet Sprite will require good drainage, you can achieve this by planting on a slope or mound or by making sure your soil drains well.
