Erysimum capitatum * Western Wallflower, Sand Dune Wallflower

Erysimum capitatum is found throughout California and west of the Mississippi. The Western Wallflower grows to about 18" tall. The orange flowers light up a shady spot in the garden as much as a sunny one. Plant wildflower seed in the Fall with the first rains.
