Erysimum Apricot Twist * Perennial Wall Flower
Erysimum Apricot Twist can bloom almost continuously, particularly if the spent flower stalks are removed as they get long and start to slow down. The peak flowering period for the Perennial Wall Flower is early to mid Spring. The stalks of orange flowers are striking contrasted to the dark green foliage. Erysimum Apricot Twist will grow to 18" or so. Perennial Wallflower plants should be cut back in late Spring to keep them compact. Erysimum Apricot Twist is relatively drought tolerant once established. Plant the Perennial Wall Flower in full sun. The flowers are fragrant. Add Erysimum Apricot Twist to the Butterfly Garden to attract the Mormon Metalmark, Great Purple Hairstreak, Pale Tiger Swallowtail, and Umber Skipper Butterfly. Erysimum Apricot Twist is Winter hardy into the low teens
