Dudleya guadalupensis
Dudleya guadalupensis is native to the coast of Guadalupe island of Baja California where it grows on rocky cliffs. In cultivation Dudleya guadalupensis prefers full sun near the coast but does well with some inland shade. Dudleya guadalupensis grows to 6-8 inches tall and spreads gradually each season. Dudleya guadalupensis does best with good drainage. Best practice is to provide water below the foliage level either by drip or brief ground level flooding. Dudleya guadalupensis blooms with yellow flowers from Spring into Summer. Dudleya guadalupensis is winter hardy with temperatures that get down to the low 20°'sF.
