The near black barkcontrasting with the light grey leaves makes Eucalyptus sideroxylon a standout even when it is not in bloom. Eucalyptus sideroxylon is a favorite tree for attracting hummingbirds to your garden. During our Christmas Bird Count these trees can be depended upon to have a few choice warblers and a wealth of hummingbird activity.
