Salvia superba White

Salvia superba is a European sage that has been in cultivation for a long time. There are numerous varieties of Salvia superba in the trade ranging from the blues and purples to white. All are hardy. Salvia superba grows as an herbaceous perennial to 12 inches tall and slowly spreads by surface runners. Even my dogs don't wear it out. Salvia superba can be used as a bedding plant and is a good addition to the butterfly garden.
