Lavandula X allardii Meerlo - Variegated Allard's Lavender

Lavandula X allardii Meerlo is noted for its variegated silver foliage and dark purple flowers. Lavandula X allardii Meerlo is primarily a warm season bloomer producing lavender blue flowers from late Spring through to the first part of Fall. Lavandula X allardii Meerlo grows 2-3 feet wide and 18" tall. Lavandula X allardii Meerlo is noted for being drought tolerant and well adapted to California's dry climate. Lavandula X allardii Meerlo is a hybrid between Lavandula dentata and Lavandula latifolia. Lavandula X allardii Meerlo attracts a variety of butterflies to the garden including Gray Hairstreak, Fiery Skipper, Mournful Duskywing, Sara Orangetip, and the California Dogface Butterfly. Variegated Allard's Lavender is Winter hardy to 20-25°F.
