Dwarf Yellow Sulfur Butterflies can be found in our gardens from late Spring through to frost. The Dwarf Yellow Sulfur is a resident of the southern states including California. The Dwarf Yellow Sulfur feeds on plants in the daisy family. This butterfly is feeding on Asteriscus maritimus, but they are also attracted to Rudbeckia Tiger Eye, Tagetes lemonii, Tagetes lucida other marigolds and plants in the carnation family.
